In early May this year 800 bottles have reached their temporary stay underwater, guarded from the oasis of the sunk platform of Paguro and lulled by the harmonious rocking of the tides.
The constant temperature, the absence of UV light, the harmony of the currents will give to our Squilla Mantis, Nephrops, Homarus and Pagurus features that no other wine can boast.
