Sunday, June 28th, was held a wonderful show cooking with Mauro Uliassi, starred chef of the Restaurant Uliassi from Senigallia.
For the occasion, he has presented a miso broth with mussels, vegetables and algae and cold tagliolini with mussels, lemon and cumin. Uliassi's amazing recipes were exceptionally accompanied by the Albana from Tenuta Del Paguro.
During this occasion several influential people from our area, members of Slow Food, sommeliers and the Chef himself have enjoyed our wine, complimenting the innovative idea and the emotions unleashed by the tasting.
