The wines that come from the Romagna hills have unmistakable organoleptic qualities.
The passion for the territory of the winemakers, the properties of the earth and the sun are the secrets that differentiate them. This combination of elements manages to bring to light the harmony and roundness of taste that make them become Pagurus, Homarus, Nephrops and Squilla Mantis.
The vineyards are located on the hills of Riolo Terme: the native ones of the area such as Albana (first DOCG in Italy) and Sangiovese, and international ones such as Merlot and Cabernet. The climate, the location (with south-west exposure), the characteristics of the soil (clayey type, medium-textured, rich in limestone and potassium) and the wisdom in viticulture allow the creation of generous, soft, sweet wines, which they go perfectly with the underwater refinement of Tenuta del Paguro.
