Tenuta Del Paguro, Maison Edition, summer 2023: Albana, Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet harvest 2021, begin the submarine experience that will evolve them into Squilla Mantis, Pagurus, Homarus and Nephrops.

During the operations, the sea could not have been more calm and welcoming: this made it possible to place the bottles in excellent condition and in the desired position. An excellent refinement is expected for the 2023 collection. The immersion was also an opportunity to test a new type of baskets, which remain raised with respect to the seabed, reducing the contact between the metal and the seabed, protecting the bottles from sinking into the sand, and further reducing possible contamination.

Now the sweetest wait remains, which will lead us to the emergence of what we can call Tenuta Del Paguro classics: 4 still wines aged at 25-30 meters of depth, for an evolution that leaves you breathless.
